Tested the Garrett Tweaked Animations: they doesn't work at all. When you start, you are floating in the air, then after a while you touch the ground; no steps sounds, the leaning positions doesn't work, so this the bow animations. Thank goodness I've backupped the old ones.

Funny. I never had any trouble using them, nor did others.

Hmmm... maybe I have chose the wrong folder? I chosed Thief3Editor, I had to put SkeletalAnimations instead?

Oh good Lord. You definitely chose the wrong folder. This is a Mod for the 'GAME' not the editor. When you load up the installer, it selects the directory where you have TDS installed...for me, that is D:\TDS...just hit next and let the installer do the rest. If you're running the editor, you probably need to make sure everything is set for normal game directory use.
In any case, it's a pretty straight forward exercise. Run the installer, and if your 'normal' Thief 3 directory isn't selected, then select it and the installer will put the files in the right place.
