what did you have to do again to get rid of that error msg you get everytime you start the game after a patch? i cant remember and its irritating me

If it's the error message about the plugins, then simply open the Elder Scrolls Construction Kit and load Morrowind.esm plus the offending plugin (*.esp). Then save it again (don't do anything else with it). Do this with each plugin individually and problem solved. You'll still get an error message when you try to load a prepatch save game, but I've yet to encounter a problem.
