Good news! Although I don't think this should be something big, however any addition to Oblivion is nice. I would happily get back to playing Oblivion for some time again. I kinda miss it :)
So much for promises not to release any expansions for TES IV I guess :D

yeah...its free...for a friggin' week! better get it while you can! its supposed to be the last download/patch released for Oblivion, since all their efforts will be focused on "Fallout 3" I wish we coulda got a new guild or maybe some new armor or something...(although the shivering isles were pretty sweet!)
