JAW have been pretty active on the Steam forum. Their CEO has been posting like a fiend.

Munch:-
Crashes have been patched out.
360 controller support will be added.
Multi-language support will be added.
Changing of the resolution is being looked into.
JAW wasn't responsible for the Munch port, they only inherited it a few weeks ago from another team.
Stranger:-
Addressing the poor framerate is taking the highest priority.
Remappable keys are coming
Generic gamepad support is coming
360 pad auto-detection will be made optional
They ported Stranger to OpenGL v2.1, since they Oddworld Inhabitants used a lot of DirectX "hacks" to get more of Xbox 1 hardware. These hacks aren't legal in DirectX under Windows, so they've devised a OpenGL implementation that reproduces them.

* Crashes have been patched out already.

* Timing issue that makes the game run at hyper-speeds will be addressed.
* 360 controller support will be added.
* Multi-language support will be added.

* Changing of the resolution is being looked into.
* Missing shadows (that were present in the Xbox1 version) are being looked into.

"We will be fixing the corrupted font issues (we have repeated this now).
* We will fix ingame rendering issues, such as corruption etc."They ported Stranger to OpenGL v2.1, since they Oddworld Inhabitants used a lot of DirectX "hacks" to get more out of Xbox 1 hardware. These hacks aren't legal in DirectX under Windows, so they've devised a OpenGL implementation that reproduces them. Also they gutted the original audio system that was proprietary to Xbox 1 and built a new one in FMOD for cross-platform support. Thus they've gone back to the higher quality original master files for all the sound assets.

Well, the first 2 games are superb as 2D platformers. But the last 2 games are abysmal from a PC point of view: consolized controls, stupid camera, bad graphic. Seriously, they are unplayable with a keyboard and a mouse. This franchise deserves better than this.

Older gen console games that are 9 and 5 years old respectively have bad graphics by modern PC standards? NO KIDDING.

Where are my fucking shaders? WHERE ARE MY FUCKING SHADERS?

That NeoGAF thread is probably example #1 of why game producers/developers should never ever fucking post on videogame sites. They could save themselves time by just pissing into a headwind.

whats NeoGAF ?

It's a large gaming forum, basically the poor man's Quartertothree. Closer to Somethingawful in the spectrum of things, in regards to the regulars and atmosphere.
