Do I really have to hold your hands through this? We're talking about something called a choke arrow and I mention moss arrows in TDS. I'd just leave it at "what do moss arrows do when you fire them at a guard's face in TDS?" and leave you to join the dots, but you're clearly incapable.
In TDS moss arrows can be used to choke guards and incapacitate then for a few seconds.
OMG THAT SOUNDS LIKE THE CHOKE ARROW'S DESCRIPTION
Not as incapable as you think. I actually thought you might be meaning that before I replied, but your words weren't clearly stating that. I figured I'd take your words at face value, thinking maybe you didn't know; seeing an opportunity to help. I genuinely didn't know if you'd seen the choke arrow in action or its description. It's not my fault you chose to speak in riddles. It's too bad I wasted time in trying to help you see some things you might not have seen. Duly noted for future; don't waste my time on you.

I'd give you the benefit of the doubt but he was talking about gas arrows and I mentioned moss arrows in TDS. You admit you thought of it, and that's because it's pretty obvious what I meant.
If you're going to throw away your intuition who's fault is that!?

I thought of it, but the post could be read/taken a couple different ways. When figuring out which way to reply, i had to choose a path. I like helping others and so chose the path that I though might be more beneficial/helpful in the long run, and that I was more sure was addressing your meaning/knowledge, especially since I don't visit TTLG much. In the end, I chose the wrong path, but hindsight is 20/20.

The one that lets you kill rust mites or put moss on pagan cornerstones.
That wasn't a bow upgrade, that was a side quest, you complete killing the rust mites and a water arrow dispenser is put in your apartment, similarly if you complete the pagan cornerstone one a moss arrow plant is put in there as well.
Free water & moss arrows, not a bow upgrade.

@Esme - I think they're talking about an upgrade that would give you the abiltiy to shoot the mites and cornerstones in the first place.
It's been a while since I played TDS, and I don't think I ever did the side quest in the first place, but according to the Thief Wikia, you had to get either a Hammer or Pagan blessing to gain the ability to shoot the Rust Mites and Pagan Cornerstones. So in actuality, it doesn't sound like an actual equipment (bow) upgrade at all.

So, now that you can upgrade the accuracy of the bow, does this mean that the bow is a hitscan weapon instead of a projectile weapon?
In the gameplay videos, it didn't seem physics were applied, but it's kind of hard to tell.

I really don't understand what is so far-fetched about Garrett improving his tools.

Those slow motion scenes with targets appearing on enemies sure looked like a QTE to me.
SubJeff on 6/2/2014 at 00:12
Then you don't know what a QTE is.
Or are all the take downs in DXHR QTEs?
june gloom on 6/2/2014 at 00:57
I've had someone tell me that "[x] Open Door" and the Bioshock 2 hacking sequences were QTEs.
I'm really not up for another idiotic argument over what qualifies as a QTE.
