Why the space between replies? WHY.
Also, I thought this is what TTLG looked when it wasn't fully loaded when I saw it for the first time.
Seriously, remove the little space between replies and it'll be alright.

Maybe it's because I've never been to any forums except this one for any length of time, but avatars look like they'd really be a bad idea. One person's cool is another person's annoying as hell. Maybe the forums are a bit like this? Who knows. I seriously don't see what the problem is. I love the new forums. I don't have a single problem with them.
Hell, I think I already see something better. When the search engine gets fully running it looks like it might actually enable me to search again. Before half the time when I opened the search page after doing a search, it would do the search again. It was annoying as hell. It looks like that's now going to happen anymore.
Anybody else think that once this is all dealt with, each and every one of the guys working on getting the new forums going deserves a large amount of alcohol for all the hair they ripped out?

David, a suggestion: Would it be better to have the "Replies" column before the "Last Post"?

Thanks, I have :)

You mean the "beware of pirates" button?

Great work to ye all who have worked on the new look TTLG. I love it now. :thumb:
TTLG just got better! :D Excuse my older post. :o
(I just had to say that!)
I see you fixed the "Subscribe to Forum" button. :thumb:

This could be a caching thing, but on my windoze at home I get a mix-up of old and new buttons (goto new post & post reply button are the old ones, thread sorting order is a new one), while on the Sun at uni I get all new buttons. Both times on Opera 7.50, btw.
I like the mix of the old buttons/new forums, so if my cache has enabled me a grace period, I vote
* BRING BACK YE OLDE BUTTONS *

Unfortunately, the "beware of pirates" button doesn't have any URL associated to it yet, so I wouldn't get the enjoyment of having something happen when I click it. So I'm thinking a spoiler button would be the next-best thing.
But if David doesn't love me, I'll just have to concoct something myself :erg:
