GEP gun. When they think you're crude, go technical. When they think you're technical, go crude. :p

Finished!!!!!
I chose the Illuminati-friendly ending only because it was the most easily-found path. WOW, was that last level (51) difficult!! The different end-path descriptions were a bit confusing. Previously, I had very rarely used my augs, but in this level, I HAD TO use them VERY often! Good thing those recharge-bots are so conveniently located throughout the level. Also, weaponry usage for me was substantially altered, ... or should I say "limited". My weapon of choice, the sniper rifle, was rendered useless due to a complete lack of ammo (unless I just couldn't find it,...possible). Even my pistol was nearly empty! So, throughout this very difficult level, I was forced to use my less-than-desirable alternatives (crossbow, dragon-sword, LAMs, EMPs, etc.).
The attack of the "Greys" was very creepy. I appreciated the introduction of new enemies and attack styles, but still longed for the possibility of a ranged attack (MORE AMMO) rather than the stealthy approach which seemed forced throughout this level. Understood that this may be due to my incorrect decisions of augmentation upgrades, so I may replay this differently.
I wanted to paste screenshots of my last augmentations and inventory, but it seems this is not allowed (Copy-Paste doesn't work). If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know, and I'll post them, in case anyone is interested.
The ending cut-scene was not quite as orgasmic as I'd hoped, but fairly satisfying and logical.

You'll have to resize the images to 640x480, upload them to an image hosting site, then provide us with links. If you can't resize the images, then use URL tags to link us with them. If they're 640x480 or under, you can use IMG tags. :)

Yes, and setting your augmentations to use keys other than the F-keys would make using augs much easier. If you give the game another run, I strongly recommend using the configuration to bind your keys. You can also open the file user.ini in Deus Ex's System folder and edit them there.

The first time I played through, I remember being low on ammo in this part too. However [spoiler]once you turn off the three Universal Constructors, the grays, spiders, karkians, and greasels won't be replicated anymore.[/spoiler]

The * key on your numberpad should be set to take screenshots. Check your key configuration in the main menu to check that it is. When you press that key, if it is set to screenshot, then a screenshot will be dumped at the current game resolution, (unfortunately) in bitmap format, to your Deus Ex System folder. The name of the file will be Shot0001.bmp, or whatever the lowest unused increment is, if that already exists. Copy-paste should work, but the asterisk keybind is easier. The default screenshots tend to be very dark for some people, though.

Way to go !!!!!!!!!!! :cheeky:
The astute use of ammo is part of the intrigue of Deus Ex. That's one of the things that makes Deus Ex great! I learned to use the Dragon Sword and used it when ever I could. I loved using the sniper rifle but used the cross bow whenever I could too. No boring "shoot 'em up" with Deus Ex.
