Well, this is actually to announce the creation of my new character, Gilgamesh (so original!) I always enjoy making creative characters and Gilgamesh is no different. He's more or less a killer. Around his wrists are the shackles he wore in prison, never to be taken off. He wears no helmet and no cuirass (nor does he wear a shirt). He's very much like a berserker.
This follows in the tradition of some of my other characters, all with their own peculiarities. I'm very happy with Gilgamesh so far (his class is Man God, by the way. Ahaha.) Oh, and I bought the Knights of Nine expansion--I'll be using Gilgamesh for the Shivering Isles expansion as well.
If anyone else wants to talk about their own character's peculiarities, feel free. Roleplaying a character is so much more fun than doing whatever you please.

Congratulations on your character type, this does indeed sound like a berserker, no clothes. Now, how though, if that is your fighting style, will Gilgamesh be able to take damage without any armor type, and yet a melee fighting style, as well as, DOES he use hands, or a sword, or an axe? If hands, how will he properly be able to defend himself from a ghost?

He uses a sword and shield, no armor. Though curiously I made him proficient in Heavy Armor. I intend to make him a well-rounded character--warrior now, a thief and mage second.

Had you time enough to increase your level properly before grabbing the Shivering Isles ad-on? :) The reason I'm concerned is, well, my dealing with vampirism, which was so unsuccessful that I had to restart my game from level 5 :o :)
