Who needs Alan Wake when we have Silent Hill 2? It's practically the same goddamn game, it's on 3 platforms, and it's already out.

The same game? Because they share the basic plot premise of a dude looking for his wife in a supernatural resort town, located in Eagleland? That's like saying that Halo, Gears of War and Quake 4 are basically the same game because you're fighting an army of aliens.
And you've played an unreleased game? Ah, been borrowing Koki's time machine, eh?
EDIT: Oh right, you're joking. Never mind. Can't say that I'm excited about it anyway. Remedy have been polishing their poles indeed.

BTW, this is the source of my opinion.

It looks fairly linear.
Still looks great and I'm a Remedy fan, but I'm nowhere as excited.

Let's just say I won't be surprised if Remedy pulls this same crap on Max Payne 3 and announces before the release; "it got delayed...we're not sure about it's release at this time....um, it will be released later...sorry, no PC version..."

Remedy nor MS have fuck all to do with MP3. It's being developed by Rockstar Vancouver and published by Rockstar Games, subsidiary of Take Two Interactive.

I'm quickly learning that people with "garrett" in their names have no idea what the fuck they're talking about.
