Recently picked this up and I'm rather liking it, which makes me sad that on Steam it doesn't seem to be getting much attention at all. It plays like a simplified Metal Gear Solid, with the only control being movement, but it still manages to be pretty fun and challenging, although it's very much best played in short bursts.
It's also very much a parody of Metal Gear Solid, though one that's actually funny. I mean, the Vice President is a Helicopter. Personally, this is my kind of stupid.
