Grr. I can't seem to get Neminda's Orders for Nileno! OK, that was page 37 of my Journal and I'm now on something like 150; I'm trying to clean up some loose ends. Apparently (like many others) I sold the the Gah Julan Bonemold helm. I've searched everywhere for it and finally bought two. (1) Is there one in particular I should have? I've tried them (putting them on BEFORE entering the manor) and she always recognizes me. I can't find ANY reference to her in my Journal, so I don't think I did anything for her before. ((2) If I just talked to her, would that do it?) I've tried the console command, but nothing happens after I type it. ((3) Never having used console commands before, should there be some kind of ok message?) (4) Anyone have any ideas for me? Thanks!

Are you using the correct codephrase ("Orphan of Arnesia"), or are you not even able to get that far?

Console commands: According to the UESP's (http://www.m0use.net/~uesp/morrow/hints/mwitemtable.shtml) Item Table, there are two Native Gah-Julen Bonemold helms, "bonemold_gah-julan_helm" and "bonemold_gah-julan_hhda". You might try adding them both to your inventory and trying both of them.

Have you searched around trying to figure out which merchant you sold it to?

Hmm.

Well, for some reason typing commands in the console has never worked for me. Otherwise, I would try to add both to my inventory. Would you mind giving me precise instructions on how to make the console work (if you know!)?

Also --- and this may be more fatal --- I think I might have spoken with her about joining the Redorans some time back. Does that mean I'm in trouble solving this Hlaalu quest (and therefore getting promoted in the Hlaalu house)????

Open the console with the tilde (~) key. It's to the left of the 1 on a standard American keyboard. Press SHIFT, then ~. That should open the console.
Next, type the following two lines exactly as shown below:

player->AddItem "bonemold_gah-julan_helm" 1 {then hit Enter}
player->AddItem "bonemold_gah-julan_hhda" 1 {then hit Enter}

That should add both helms to your inventory.

No idea. Never had that particular problem. My gut says no, given that you were allowed to join Hlaalu - you can TALK to any Great House representative about joining, but unless you actually JOIN, no one else in the game should bug you. Simliarly, if you TALK to the Thieves Guild about joining, the Fighters Guild shouldn't hate you automatically; and if you TALK to the Mages Guild about joining, the Telvanni shouldn't hate you automatically. I think.

Well, I guess we shall see. Actually, to clarify, I think I learned the Rules or Requirements (I think there is something in my Journal about it, IIRC).

Thank you for the detailed instructions; hopefully I can get it to work!
