There are a number of mannequin plugins going around. Here are the two that I use:

I know there are several others, but I haven't really tried them out so I cannot vouch for them.

EDIT: Although I didn't search every single Morrowind site on the Internet, I did search several major mod and general MW sites, but I'm afraid FilePlanet was the only place that had both of them, and you need to log in to use it. Sorry.
