I do not want to kill someone that could be useful so I would like to know who to kill in caldera, balmora and vivec, and sadrith mora. I really just need a big place to store stuff in. Boxes and urns aren't big enough.

I kilt 2 people in balmora and its all I've needed.
Clother(Clagius Clovier?SP?) and Pawnshop next door.
Clother has lots of space, and no guard. + a bed.
pawnshop I use for the "extra" stuff I aquire.
Don't kill hercinde like I did though. sigh, my security skill took a long time to improve.

Don't kill ANYONE unless it's absolutely necessary!
My Argonian character lives with the Argonian Blades Trainer in Balmora. He has the upstairs and i have the downstairs - there is lots of space downsatirs a table, a book case, erns and bags (which don't respawn). My house mate never goes down stairs either so i don't have to worry that he is going to accuse me of stealing any of his things.
My Dark Elf Battle Mage on the other hand has his very own Telvanni Tower (stronghold) complete with dungeon and merchants etc... which is nice.
(Only people who are from the uk and watch the fast show will get this). ;)

Join the fighters guild. 4 or 5 EASY missions in, you'll be told to kill Dura Bra-Gol in Balmorra. Her house has plenty of room :)
