Yeah, this is something simple but i cant seem to find it, I was wondering where i could learn the Tinur's Hoptoad spell, or any other jump spell. I've looked all over in mage guilds and such but i cant seem to find it, and help would be appreciated.

Gildan in Ald'Ruhn in his house, Ranis Athryn in Balmora's Mage Guild, Tyermallin in Balmora in his house, Nelso Salenim in Sadrith Mora in the Telvanni Council House... at least one of those should have it.
