No, you're struggling with writing comprehension. Given the sentence "I don't think this forum is alive enough for any question to count as 'frequently' asked (aside from ZylonBane's, most probably)", there is no other reasonable interpretion for this than "ZylonBane frequently asks questions." Which, while not an insult, is nonethless -- as previously noted -- an exceedingly strange thing to say.
