I'm a level 4 nord and just cleared out Ashalmawia, Shrine, Sunken Vaults. But the magic user guy threw something on me that lowered my strength and endurance and I cant seem to get rid of it. I've tried different potions and resting but that didnt help. I'm really new to Morrowind (4 days) so it dont know that much.
thanks!
PS. Love the ebony set i got from that guy though.

You can either use restore stat potions, spells, or simply go to an imperial alter and lick on it then choose to restore attributes.

Licking an imperial shrine? Do you know where those things have been?
FYI Lightwave, Bonewalkers are bad for this too... might be a good idea to learn a few Restore Attribute spells if you've got the Restoration ability.

Theres a good shrine for this (early on) in between the starting town (Seya something) and Balmora. Go past the silt rider of the first town and the next brow of a hill you go over (you need to take the first main turn left to get here), keep looking left and there should be a shrine called 'androna' or something similar. In the first room there is a shrine which will help you! :)
I hope my directions are good enough for you, also you might need an enchanted blade to kill the spirits in here. Good luck :thumb:

Er... That's an ancestral tomb. There are more strength-lowering mobs in there, and a Velothi shrine that can be found basically anywhere else.
What you need is a healer or an alchemist. If you don't have one handy, take a siltstrider to Balmora and walk manorside. Between the clothier and temple, you should see Nalcarya of White Haven's shop. Buy a Cure Blight Disease, Cure Common Disease, Restore Strength, and Restore Endurance potion, then lick each one. Whatever helps, buy more of and keep licking. Sell back whatever doesn't.

Or, find out what's the matter with you by looking on the spell effects you have and only buy one type of potion.

Yeah, that helps. But it's not like you have a limited amount of money or anything...
