I've heard of people that got the screen all black in one of the dome's. Can't tell you which one cause I don't want to spoil anything for you :D , I don't remember the name either. Anyway the problem then was with the graphic card. Don't know how the fixed it though.

My screen turned all white, not black.
an it was in a small dome, (i looked at the map , it was pretty small)

Ye I saw that.. Still it might be the same problem.
Was there anything special in the dome or was it just a room?
Special as in
after a cool obsticle and with a strange machine in it

great cause that's the one the others had problem in too.
Still don't have a solution though :erg:
You could try changing settings like resolution and maybe stuff with the graphics card.

I normaly play on 800X600 , and i tried the other res, 640X480.
but i still had the same problem..
im kinda newb with comps and mixing with the graphics card, ;) , so i wont try to change something to it.

that might be smart :D
you could try looking around different forums after a thread about this. Might be hard to find though since it doesn't invite for a sertain searchword:erm:

If you have Morrowind FPS Optimizer, turn it off when entering that area.
It sounds like your viewdistance is set to below 100, causing everything past that distance to just be viewed as black / white fog. My guess is that this area does something odd to the menu mode, causing the FPS program to think that a menu is activated and go to its viewdistance of 1. If you don't have Morrowind FPS Optimizer, this could still involve the viewdistance. Go into the video options and set the viewdistance a bit higher. If it isn't that, you should just coc a few interiors forward. I believe that it's
coc "Sotha Sil, Dome of the Imperfect"
