I am using a golden saint summoning spell I found in some tel town that you can get to if you get to the gondolier in ebenhart. But i Need to trap golden saint souls in grand soul gems but I have searched and can't find any grand soul gems for a constant effect in enchanting.
I NEED to know where to find GRAND SOUL GEMS

If I remember correctly there should be some of those in the tel fyr tower where you go to get rid or the corporus disease.

Just get Azura's Star... Its a reusable soul gem. I've used it for 3 constant effect enchantments so far, its an invaluable help when you're trying to become the roughest badass in the game.

ElectricVoodoo is right Azura's star is a must but on the other hand it is nice to have a few grand soul gems spare just in case you're 'lucky' enough to find another golden saint at the same time.
I found a grand soul gem in tel fyr and the wizard tower in sadrith mora and... I can't remember where else...

well i am not sure what kinda amounts of grandsoul gems your after...
with that spell i guess u can fill unlimted number of gems...
i've filled about 5 grand soul gems (and used one) and i got another 10 or so spare...
still haven't got azura's star... i havent' found that damn island near dagon fel yet...
i was lookin for a while but then went back to doing other quests...
i've found most of the grand soul gems in caves after disposing of the inhabitants
first... and don't worry.. they usually attack you on sight... i think their smugglers
and robbers...

Unfortunately you can't buy them no... as far as i know anyway.
You can buy already filled grand soul gems though but none i've seen contain a golden saint soul.

hmmm i dunno...i think finding em is the easiest and cheapest.. but there's plenty
of em around...
the number i gave earlier was wrong... i had underestimated the number
the new number since then is bout 12 filled grand soul gems (mostly golden saints
and ascended sleepers, 1 dremora lord and one winged twilight and i don't try and
sould trap those two types anymore cos they waste good grand soul gems) and
42 empty ones... i've picked up upto 6-7 grand sould gems outta one smugglers
cave....
and i now have azura's star too :cheeky:
i think i might do some enchanting...
