I dont want to kill the mage guildmaster for it and i tried using the additem feature but it seems you cant get amulets and such with the cheat.
Is there a special way to enter in the code...thanks

Well there are a few ways to do things here.
1: You can kill him, just taunt him. You wouldn't have a problem at all.
2: You can complete his quests, very difficult to find the right research without going to look it up online. And after that kill all the Telvanni Wizards.
3: player->additem "reference here",1. ( anyone want to find that reference? Im not sure how to find it myself :\ )

well ya can taunt him or do Eldwinna's or Skink's quests, if ya do eldwinna's quests then the last quest will be to duel Trebonius, when ya kill him ya will automatically be arch-mage and get his amulet and staff or if ya do Skink's quests, he will give ya a letter to give to trebonius and I think he hands them over to ya
I'm not sure coz i've only done Eldwinna's quest but I'm sure he hands them over

Well im a water nymph theif/assassin so mages wont let me do their quests.
I killed him without taunting him and no one tried to help heh guess my camo came through for me and he is such a sissy to be the mages guild leader.

Trebonuis will hand ovr his nice little amulet after you do his second quests. The quest can only be solved after you've finished the main quest however.
