Funny, I was coming here to ask the same question. I never killed in the first mission, and on the second, Anna and the UNATCO guys did all the killing. Then I get home and brag about the bodycount. It's been bugging me.

Yeah, this is entirely possible by sneaking in the secret passage. If you can tranq/prod everyone before Anna or the others get in then you'rs fine. Just don't get to close to the main entrance and you should be fine...
