She IS a witch!
I went ahead and killed her and gave him his axe back. Apparently he's some famous witch hunter with that famous axe. Some time later, this time off in the Grazelands, I believe, I ran into the same guy again, with the same problem but clear across the map! He was naked, how I recognized him, and another witch had stolen his axe again. So we head off in the direction he says she is, and this time the gal attacked us without hesitation. I charmed her and questioned her, she readily admitted she was a witch and not a very nice person. No stopping the naked guy, so I slit her open as he punched her, gave him his famous witch hunting axe back. And then he goes on how it is indeed a famous witch hunting axe. Too bad he never uses it on 'em. Or I guess he ''does?''
I think it's hilarious, and I'm betting he's Crassius Curio's nephew.

If this message didn't say something about a naked guy then I might have read it. I have no interest in naked men. Any naked women? They should make a porn version of Morrowind, that would be humorous.
