I found this naked guy (well he's wearing underwear) with a tattoo on is face at the crossroads west of Caldera. He says a witch drugged him and stole all his stuff. I said I'd help him find the witch who "might be to the north-west, but I'm not sure because I was drugged." Anyway, I've spend over an hour looking for the witch, covering territory all around, and I still haven't found her. Can anyone give me a general idea of where she might be?

Go back to the spot where you found the guy. Now, go northwest just a little ways along the road until you see a little dirt path off to your right. She's there, standing by the road. (She doesn't look like a "festering witch" to me, either)
Took me forever to figure this one out, too. He followed me all over until I thought I'd lost him at a mage teleport. But when I came back to Caldera, there he was waiting for me! The real pain was that everytime we got in a fight, he'd jump in front of me and then complain when I smacked him with my sword!

Yep - I locked him in the barracks at the Balmora Fighter's Guild. I never found the witch either.

This post is probably really late haha judging from the other posts, but god yeah i spent forever looking for her, and then i was really pissed at how simple it was to find her, right around where u find the guy theres a fork that has 3 cities listed, and the other fork has the same cities but after each one it says (back road), thats the path u wanna take, shes right there up it, if u kill her he gives u +2 strength, not bad, u can also take her side but who would wanna do that? ;)

She doesn't look like a festering witch because she isn't one. Talk to her and listen to what she has to say. She convinced my char and I sided with her.. It wouldn't have been right to slaughter an innocent healer - even if I spend an hour looking for her. The direction given nw is incorrect - the fool without an axe was definately dazed. Sod the 2 points strength.

Hi all
Take her side too...she say she'll be in Caldera guild Mage in 3 days and leave all man's stuff(specially Cloudcleaver Axe) ..but i wait all day & night and she didn't come...:p
ppl told me it's a bug , she still waiting at the fork with the other guy right to her :D
hope it'll be fix in a patch...
I wonder if someone managed to get this Axe??

I got his axe, it was good till I upgraded etc... Did it at level 3-4

thats where u find the witch. and does any one know where the Telvannia agents are in the fighters guild quest? and in the mining place does it matter if u free the slaves?

I suggest killing them both and save yourself the trouble.
Actually I saved and tried several things. I discovered that the witch is a liar. especially since she doesn't deliever the axe. Plus she screwed over another barbarian up the road. I decided she needed to die.
