Ok I really hate asking this but... is there a way to make a brush the exact same demensions of a door, other than the "Wrap Builder Brush" command? I did that but theres still empty space, meaning its still to big.
EDIT: Also, when I do this the point of orgin of the brush is way of, meaning when I resize it can be a real headache.

I would say the easiest way would be to look at the dimensions of the door, and then make a brush that is that exact same size. Or, use the brush scaling and scale the brush down to match the size of the door, using the grid size of 1 for precision.

Also, assuming that you are planning on building the doorway using a cube brush:
Try right clicking on the cube brush icon from the tool box on the left of the screen. That should bring up the CubeBuilder Properties dialogue box, which you can use to type in precise measurements for your brush. Click on the Build button and start adding/subtracting to your hearts content.

sorry dude, I should have said :)
The static mesh browser (find it in the View menu and elsewhere). Find your door from the tree and it'll tell you precise dimensions in the stats area.
