I've been able to find someone to get the all the skills I needed up to snuff except for Mysticism. I can't seem to find anyone willing to train me in it. Anyone have a hint as to where one can be found?

Just found a low enough spell to practice on to raise the skill finally so the trainer might not be necessary.

There are master trainers for each one. For mysticism, Alfhedil Elf-Hewer is the guy to go to. He's at Falensarano, one of the dunmer strongholds scattered around. So be cautious, since I tend to just attack everyone at those things.
