I'm running on windows Vista. And by it's very definition it is the problem. I tried what the FAQ said. When I tried to fix it the CD way it seemed like it worked, but windows pops up a window saying it didn;t install correctly and asks to do it again. and again. and again. If I try to go through the run menu windows doesn't even know what to do with the file, and it can't find one on the internet. How can I get it to work?

Ok it's also still crashing about one minute in even though I did both fixes, the task manager way and the more complicated way

I double checked the task manager and the exe and icd were on different processors. I changed it so they were on the same ones and it seems to be ok. Still can't see the videos, but that seems like a common and hard to fix problem.
