You all have it wrong. The most authentic and proper way to eat pasta is with chop-sticks.
Everybody else is mucking it up with some local barbarian tradition after stealing it from the East.
Edit: Seriously speaking, though, that reminds me that in Japan, people slurp their noodles and soups very loudly. It's actually considered "proper" to slurp as loud and obnoxiously as possible, and you're doing it wrong if you can't hear it. It's bad enough when people do it inadvertently, but when they do it purposefully, it's like a smartass that chews his gum open mouthed and smacky, knowing exactly how loud it is, precisely because he knows it's loud. That kind of thing, I hate.

Oh yeah, elevators. I hate the people that rush in, when they clearly can see people need to get out. Yeah buddy, hurry up and get in so we can all go around you and try to get off.
This.
Only for me, it's more about trams than elevators. I see this behaviour regularly (I commute by tram and train to work), and it
really bugs me. It doesn't seem to happen nearly as often on trains and buses, though, which mystifies me somewhat. Wonder what they put in them trams...

I understood that the slurping is to show you appreciate the food, but that could be a bit off
also re: breaking pasta before cooking it... you can literally twist the whole pieces in within 10 seconds of putting the lower half in the boiling water. NO EXCUSES

People who assume that because I'm white I don't understand Zulu and then proceed to talk shit about me in front of me.
People who drive in the turning lane to cut into the straight lane at the front of the queue.
The IT technician who 'fixes' my 5 year old buggered work pc by replacing my monitor.
Finding spelling and grammar mistakes in just about every book I read. Where the merry fuck are the book editors?
Endless streams of development conferences. I fucking hate this new culture where we can talk about things and think about things, but god forbid we ever actually DO anything.
