My PC is a wreck. A good PC tech forum for help?

I have a problem with my PC, which makes it practically unusable (I'm on my girlfriend's PC now). Do you guys know any good site or forum, where I could ask for help? Preferably with very active community, so I could solve it ASAP. And I'm not a computer geek, but I can understand well written instructions.

I have an HP laptop with Windows 7 64 bit, if those narrow down my options.
