I dunno, we don't know who he or she are from this. It might be possible for someone to collate enough information to identify gunsmoke or mother, but probably not members of the jury.

Gunsmoke shouldn't be able to discuss the case until after the case is judged closed, so it should be a long time before he can tell us details, assuming that's an eventual goal. No mention of motive, e.g., infidelity, self-defense, life insurance, [accidental, induced, or temporary] psychosis, post-traumatic stress disorder, chemical imbalance, exacerbation of a milder manifestation, temporary paranoid schizophrenia, cleaning the gun or horsing around and it accidentally went off, etc.
In the meantime, no one knows enough about shit, and it would be wise to refrain from tabloid voyeurism, let alone belief in any speculation, until we may learn more.
