Kickflip to 50-50 grind to manual to frontside pop-shove it to heelflip.
Should be easy enough for a beginner.

I'll just teach her to 360 handplant! CRACK! ouch. well, we went to the skatepark today and she went down the ramps and got as much speed as i can... For her second day skating i'd say thats pretty damn good! she was also turning at high speeds. she went down a really steep ramp and also down a steep slope! ollie will be one of the first tricks i teach her. BUT the next thing we're gonna tackle is riding switch down ramps so she gets the feel of going forewards and backwards. then i'll go into ollieing and longer manualing. we just got her a deck. it's an Amost, Mullen signature edition. I just set it up and it needs to be broken in still but im sure she'll be fine.

when i said she fell the worst possible way, i mean she was on cement, her board shot out in front of her, she smacked the ground with no gear on, one of those falls that hurts the next day... OUCH!
