my game has a bug please help

in the quest to become Zainab Nerverin I have to buy a "doughter of a nobelman". well when I buy her and I unlock the cage it will not open and I can not get the girl out. Help. Is there a cheat or something?

Otherwise, keep trying; it's just a fancy door, so it should open eventually if you have the key.

make sure your not directly in front of the door, or else your body will prevent it from opening :D
