Some mission. Real good work. I get the Retard Award for being 4:42 into it before slipping the last talisman into place. But ... I got the last guy on my third try. I had the speed potion and the sword good to go and as soon as I got ready to face him I hopped off the ramp. He showed up behind a pillar, not seeing me and I back-stabbed hinm a few times and that was that. I was almost disappointed

YES!!! One of the best FM's ever!
But still quite a long way behind the rest of u guys......
Playing Normal to start with. Got the Air + Water. Got the Master's Key. Been just about everywhere I can find - except the west tower. (and found some well hidden stuff in the process!)
Where's the earth + fire? And the talisman room???

GrueSlayer - You said you already have the Master's key. Did you find the hidden door in the big library? Look in the area behind that door for the Earth Talisman.
If you want more specific help with the Earth Talisman, read here, but beware, it contains Major Spoilers: The lever to open the bookcase in the library is on the wall in the office off of the library that does NOT have the treasure room door in it. The hidden door opens with the Master's key. Go into the throne room. Look behind the throne. Then look outside the door in the hallway. :)
Talisman room and Fire Talisman hint:I'm surprised you haven't found the Talisman room. It's sort of around the corner and up from the servant's room where you found the Treasury key. You need the Upper Floor key to unlock the door there. That's also the area where you will find the Fire Talisman on Normal. You'll find the key to the Tower in due course.
Metalhead - Have you found the Master's key yet? You need it first. I'm trying to figure out how to do this without giving too much away! It's in the area behind the hidden door in the large library.

Your welcome! I hope you don't mind me answering stuff, but I absolutely love your mission. I still can't find all the loot, though. I've got 13,369 and I'm pretty much stuck. Any hints for really, really hard stuff to find? Thanks for this great mission.

OK, I'm an idiot. I'm playing on Garrett (expert), and I've done everything but escape through the back gate. I've beaten the mission on the easiest setting, and I remember finding a back gate key somewhere. I haven't run across it on the hardest setting, so would somebody mind booting me in the right direction? Thanks.

Skulduggerist: Highlight for hint <font style="color:white;background-color:white">I'm not sure, but I don't think you get a key on the harder levels. I never found it anyway.There are a couple of windows that look out over the back area, one even has a convenient ledge.

Woodesie King- What difficulty are you playing? On some difficulties the book of shadows is not in its usual place, because you don't need it to get certain items only required for special difficulties.
