Can someone tell me where to find the key to talbot's room? i have been looking for it, they say someone named mortimer has it but i have been unable to find him. Thanks.

Have you found the small sitting room upstairs that has an attached bathroom? Put out the fire in the fireplace, go in and look up the chimney for a lever. That will open a door at the back of the fireplace. Once you go through that section and upstairs, look for a way to open a secret door. You'll find Mortimer there.

Hello all, I've tooked over the (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63692) FAQ on Mystery Man to try to find the final talisman. I currently have the Air, Fire, and Earth Talismans. The problem I have is when I played and opened
the kitchen table with Alexis' dinner play I found the Air Talisman vs the Water one like the FAQ says I should find. I can only assume that for some strange reason the talismans were swapped in the download of the mission that I have. So, I'd like to look where the Air Talisman should have been to see if it contains the water one but the FAQ doesn't mention the Air Talisman or where to find it. Plus it seems that eveyrone else has found it fairly easily. Has anyone else seen this happen with the talismans and can anyone tell me where the Air Talisman should be?

You know, I do this all the time where I spend ages pulling out my hair on a problem then 2 seconds after I post asking about it I then reaslize what the issue was. :rolleyes:
I feel so stupid. I had all the Talismans and just didn't notice. There is no bug and the level is just fine. It's user error in this case!
Please disregard this thread and try not to make TO much fun of me. ;)

LOL! Don't feel too bad about it. I don't know about everybody else, but I've done stuff like that so many times, I've lost count! Enjoy the mission. :)

I finally finished Mystery Man on Expert. What a trip. An excellent mission!

I'm currently playing Mystery Man, seems great so far, it's about the 8th FM that I've played I believe.
One odd little thing I noticed though, in the beginning if you go to the 'fountain area' there's an obvious open 2nd floor window with wood above it for ropeclimbing. After ascending into the room I notice...there's no door! The window was the only way in or out. Was this a bug or intentional? It doesn't really matter, the mission is still very good so far.

Depends- do you mean the room by the storage shed? If so, there *is* another exit, but you have to go somewhere and get something else first.
