So help me out here - the trick is to hydrate yourself before imbibing? There used to be a thread floating around here where Stitch gave detailed instructions but I can't be arsed to find it now (it was off topic anyway IIRC). I'm new at this and have a heart problem, so I don't want to end up dead. It's just that the kiddos are with the grandparents for the weekend and there's lots of sex and drinking going on here (first time in years my wife and I have been ALONE for the weekend).
I need to pace myself...
