Galaer, I see that you two seem to have a problem, which maybe should be discussed via pm instead of the thread here.
And I also do understand your problem with him being impatient and posting things way too early. But you always have to be aware that this is also just your opinion. Others might join your opinion, but others dont. There are also people out there that enjoy having a walkthrough at hand right away or a list of secrets or what ever. How it is handled in the future (using spoiler tags, not posting before 6 weeks, pming instead of posting in the thread, etc.) can be discussed naturally.
I think the bigger problem is that you tend to complain more than actually acknowledge things. This is seriously the first time that I saw you making a compliment ("Yes fortuni is making a bloody good job with making walkthroughs..") and fortuni might have been triggered by this negative attitude. Again, it´s sth. you two should discuss in PM, maybe you can come to a solution.
Don´t fight, make love:joke:

How you can describe a compliment as offensive is beyond me, and even more bizarrely how you can extrapolate that into thinking that I was implying that every other one of your posts are bad, well I'll let other make up their minds as to that logic.
You said that I made my list by accident. No, it wasn't made by accident. I was thinking extra 24 hours before I made this thread. And I did everything to not interrupt (here in this thread) poll system created by Samantha1 that you also helped with. And the first thing you do you add this word into your PM, which sounds that you think very lowly about me.

A little update to my list. 2022 is over, so I need to choose my favorite mission. For me this was very close fight between House of Architect and Sword of Stones. Both missions are mostly easy, though have harder moments. House of Architect has very unique decoration and I often stopped just to look on it. Sword of Stones has my favorite type of secrets (based on exploration instead of tiny switches), it looks good and it's big. So this ended as confrontation between extra areas: ruins from HoA vs portals from SoS. Ruins looked gigantic and I liked it plus dodging fire shadows is quite challenging with some of them having random patrol routes. Portals though looked underdeveloped. Dark zone was probably the best. Other portals had one idea that was only used once and never used again (fire, air, water zones) or were bland (earth zone). Because of that I chose House of Architect as my favorite mission of the year.
Also my favorite mission of 2015 changed. Previously it was Religious Conflict, but I changed to House of Locked Secrets. I have a lot of problems with TDM and this mission minimize them. It's challenging, it looks great, has great atmosphere and great story. It reminds me one of my other favorites - Rowena's Curse.

Glad you liked HotA, Galaer. Thank you. I'll give some of these other maps a try.

So I played through every TDM FMs and only one mission I wasn't able to beat (even with cheats I lost motivation to do it). There is a lot of missions I didn't enjoy, because of one or more aspects. There is also some missions that are good and solid. Here I'm going to talk about 7 favorite missions and 5 worth playing missions that lacked a bit to be called my favorites.
RECOMMENDED FMs:
1) Mad's Mountain (2010) - short cave mission. It's from Vertical Contest. Every mission in TDM is long and tedious, so having short and enjoyable mission with some crazy ideas is rare. And these ideas are for example forcing player to pick lock underwater and no kill objective that fails after killing spider. Also it is humorous and platforming isn't annoying and in TDM platforming can be really annoying.
2) Rift (2010) - so this is also short cave mission from the same contest. This one is about descending into rift that distorted terrain. Very fun. There are also riddles how to get into some really high places and I enjoyed these a lot.
3) Requiem (2013) - this is very good mission split into 2 parts: city and undergrounds. City has good ambient music, but unfortunately it doesn't change until we get to cathedral. It may take one hour and afterwards this music can be annoying to listen. Story pacing could be better. There isn't too many puzzles, but I had problem with brazier puzzle with figuring out what symbol represents earth, so that was trial and error. Also getting seals to unlock entrance to evil lair is a bit artificial and there is no conclusion about 3 important people: our associate, haunted neighbor and priest who tricked us. Still everything else is on a really high level. Especially music from evil lair is amazing.
4) Night of Loot: One Man's Treasure (2020) - short house mission with lots of loot. Loot objective is a bit tight, I had problems to beat it. But I really enjoyed this one.
5) Noble Affairs (2022) - city mission with mansion at the end. We have optional jobs to do, there is shop, there are watchers and some spooky underwater beasts in flooded warehouse. Really well build mission.
FAVORITE FMs:
1) Patently Dangerous (2009) - city mission with rescue objective and spooky situation in warehouse. I really enjoyed this one.
2) Builder's Influence (2010) - city hall is occupied by Hammerites. We learn about their tortures, because of inquisition. Really good story and ambient music. I didn't play on Expert only because it requires ghosting, which I find annoying to artificially increase difficulty for no good reason. But this is mission with great atmosphere to play on Hard.
3) Swing (2010) - pure platforming mission from Vertical Contest. Turn yourself to always run to have the most of fun. This is platforming done right. Everything is moving, there are catapults, view is outstanding. Really worth playing.
4) Quinn Co. (campaign - 2015) - 2 bank missions. Lots of loot, but also penalty for knockouts. Still very enjoyable missions. The only thing I had problem was finding incriminating information in mission 1, because randomly upper part of painting is frobbable and I don't know how I should figure it out on my own.
5) House of Locked Secret (2015) - I mentioned this before that I really love this mission. This is sequel to Requiem and it fixes all problems of predecessor. Mission 1 is tutorial done right. Authors of Training Mission should take notes. The only problem I had was technical - pictures on some switches were barely visible for me, but on Fenphoenix's video they looked normal. Also without spy glass it was hard to find wooden beam to shoot rope arrow. Mission 2 is the real meat of this campaign. Really great story, amazing atmosphere, good story pacing, good challenge and great conclusion. This is my favorite mission in TDM and there is no mission getting any close to it's level. Simply amazing.
6) Accountant 2: New in Town (2016) - it start with mansion mission, but then you travel to different places. The only minus of this mission is it ends on cliffhanger. But I enjoyed the challenge.
7) Adventures of Thomas 1: Lucy's Quest (2022) - this one is really epic adventure. We explore many different areas like cathedral, tavern, city, mansion, farm and more. It requires really strong hardware and it lagged for me the most. Also it has almost 30 keys, so using inventory grid is advisable. There is also small bug on one of door that can corrupt some saves (it displays that key is needed for door and it never vanish). There are some confusing moments where you need to go. Challenge is hard, but fair. There is no artificial difficulty like in other missions (really loud ambient sound or forced ghosting).
This is really great mission and my 2nd favorite in the whole TDM. Unfortunately author doesn't believe in it's greatness and tried to remove this mission and now probably makes way easier 2nd version. There is no need for that. This mission is already great. It's sad when author doesn't believe in his work.
Also this mission's challenge is more to my liking than casual experience with House of Architect, so I think this mission will be placed as my favorite mission of 2022.

I've played so many FM's that they are all blending together. That being said, Deceptive Perceptions from the OP is still a favorite for sure.

2023 was very weak year. There was only 1 mission I really liked and that's Matriarch. 3 missions campaign. First one is simply exploration mission with lots of loot and many secrets, second mission is more about visuals, but the highlight is definitely final mission with crazy sensitive guards. One of them managed to see me through the whole building. Mission is tough and I like it. It's also linear, though linearity is hidden, but when you realize it it's easy to figure out how to complete objectives. That's really great campaign.

My favorite mission of 2024 is Cardinals Sins. Beautiful daily mission happening in big cathedral. Lots of details, loot and patrollers. Lots of light, but there is always some small piece of shadow here and there. It all makes it very fun to play and tricky to supreme ghost it. Solid 7/10.
