Waite? Who? *googles* Oh... that guy who made "Missing you"? Why would I have that dude on my list?
Anyway, your mix. I found few songs that I recognized and except for that Eagles track I found none that I outright disliked. Those Mooze and Dire Straits tracks I liked a lot. :) That Mitch Hedberg track was lol. You should listen to Todd Snider btw. The "Near Truths and Hotel Rooms" live-album, to be more specific.
Scots, great mix overall. Has Shivaree made anything good at all, besides that one Kill Bill track?

I must confess that I have no idea.
Tonight I'm contemplating making an electronica/ambient muxmix but it all depends on time/energy.

Presenting....
(
http://ambientaja.muxtape.com/) AMBIENTAJA
11 ambient tracks (with some deviations) selected by me and carefully sequenced.
While I was uploading I listened to yours, Ton. I liked most of it, though the instrumentals tended to be more to my taste. You were right, I had never heard any of it before, which is always nice.

you have to get deep into the grit of Volcano the bear before The Field can come and smooth all edges

While on the subjects of Ambient and Music You Haven't Heard, it's too long for Muxtape, but you should check out Minerva's Web, by Stephen Scott. Twenty-seven minutes of ten people playing the inside of a grand piano with bits of string, erasers, and various other things. It's more awesome and less pretentious than you'd think.
