She insisted on attacking me way back when, and now she's accidentally dead.

However, those Daedric bits she has seem really enticing about now, and I can't find out how to resurrect her.

(sappe, if you read this, I tried looking in the TES Construction Set and I didn't even have anything resembling pyroil tar in it, so I haven't been able to find Therana :p)

If anyone could give a hand, I'd appreciate it

maybe you're forgetting to load up the game.
When you have TESCS open press 'file' and then 'Datafiles'. Dubble click on morrowind.esm and tribunal.esm. Make sure there's a cross in the box next to them.
Then press 'OK'.
After this you'll have a much easier time finding stuff :p
