I've downloaded 'The Missionary Position' and '[sol] Earth' since my original post and given them a listen. I enjoyed both although Earth had less going on in terms of complexity and layers, it was more about simple beats.
I'm currently getting the first Ethnicity album: 'The Road to the Main Gates'.

I don't know much about ambient, but the little bit I've heard I like. I discovered some dark ambient (Lustmord) on epitonic, but that site changed everything and now I can't seem to get anything more. I will definitely check out the sites in this thread.:thumb:

I just bought a fantastic ambient album by an artist called Beautumn. The album is "White Coffee"; I heard about it from a 'post your top five ambient albums' thread I found on Google.
