I am puting the Sound Schemas in my FM, but some of the rooms have "MULTIPLE ZONEPROPERTIES!". How do I transform them in normal zones so they can have sound schemas?

I think you're getting that because you have 2 zone property icons in the same zone. so delete on of them and you should be ok.
my usual approach was to select all the zoneproperties and delete them, then create new ones.
