Mr. Terrorist - Bob Page? - by Rogue Keeper

Look at this screenshot. It shows a blackboard ("whiteboard"?) from UNATCO HQ. It looks like in the Ops planning room was a brainstorming about how to solve the NSF seige of the Liberty Statue.
Inline Image:
http://img1.ranchoweb.com/images/br796164/table.jpg I can see written on it:
Suspects: Tracer Tong, Robert Page, Margaret Chow , Max Chen, Jojo Fine, ???
Organisations: ???, ???, ???, NSF, Robert Page Industries
This is weird. Would be UNATCO able to suspect the owner of Page Industries - their supplier of combat bots among other things, and the gray majesty of MJ12 in one person - Bob Page? And what about Maggie Chow? She works for MJ12 too. How could Manderley do THIS to them???
Pity I can't read more from it. The original texture was compressed a lot...
I would like to hear your opinions on this.

That's interesting, for sure!
Where did you find it exactly?
Rogue Keeper on 9/8/2002 at 15:49
The operations planning room between Manderley's and your office.

I think it may say NSA instead of NSF, so the organizations may be allied organizations

it does make sense if you think about it. Carter was right, UNATCO isn't the bad guy, it's FEMA and MJ12. they were doing their job, to suspect everything until proven the opposite, but Waltor Simons just wouldn't let them get _too_ far, that's why he was half in charge.
IMHO of course.

I would like to hear your opinions on this. Noticed this quite a while ago. Assuming it is not a mistake, the board had to be written after the NSF raid on Liberty Island. Manderley certainly wouldn't write it but he could hardly prevent an honest agent who isn't part of the MJ12 conspiracy. Perhaps it was Paul.
A few more things are readable:
Organizations:
?Breakaway? Illuminati

Paris
Hong Kong
Nevada

Who's Jojo's boss?
What is Ambrosia?

That's probably the best theory, some intelligence analyst or something who's just doing their job and doesn't know the larger picture of UNATCO. Or maybe it was Paul. I doubt any self-respecting analyst would seriously consider the Illuminati. Even in the game world they're not supposed to be a known organization but a crazy conspiracy hoax. It seems only Paul would be in the position to seriously consider them.

It could also be just a picture taken from one of Ion Storm's whiteboards as they were designing the level. I mean, I think it doesn't actually say "Suspects" but "Subjects".
It wouldn't be the first time I'm wrong but this could be some sort of not very hidden easter egg.

I found that too, but it was too vague to read, so I didn't bother read it until you post a clearer version. That thing is in the meeting room in UNATCO HQ, right next to the break room.

hey.. I went back UNACO HQ, BR796164 didn't make that up, it has Magaret Chow and Rober Page on the suspect list. You can find that thing right after you finish the libert Island quest.
