Mouse acceleration fix

I found this on the FO3 official forum. I think that a lot of people may find it useful.

Oooh... Hm, just tested. Feels a bit more responsive, indeed.

For New Vegas use:-

Edit Fallout_default.ini located in the game directory. (Default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas)

All other sets are identical to the FO3 implementation.

Nice forum found. They have discussed almost all the problems and comments about Fallout 3. Really loved it. Thanks a lot for sharing.
