Well now that is unfair calling me a
cager. I don't even own a cellphone. And as for coffee? My morning cup of java is well into my system before I slide behind the wheel. So I am one of those drivers who DO look out for bikers since my husband is usually on one.

Y'know, even the worst day commuting on a bike is better than the best day commuting in a car. I like riding my motorcycle. Even in crappy traffic with the cars and the minivans and the SUVs acting crazy. Even in crappy weather. It's so much more... fun. And in a year I've never been in an accident. My husband's been riding for 25 years and he's only been in two--both minor due to the mitigation of proper gear and not being an asshole.
It's not perfectly safe, but, fuck, what is?

When I go to the bigger cities in my car or pickup, I get road rage fast because of all the "crappy traffic with the cars and minivans and the SUV's acting crazy." But I love it on my bike. Great fun.
Also, I wish there were more girls/women that rode bikes. :thumb: to littlek and Strangeblue
