It seems from my poll that house redoran is most popular, but I have to wonder, what do people think about when it comes to the normal guilds in the game? What really is, the best guild to start off in?

Well, I got to say that most guilds do not appeal to me, too many politics. I do like the fighters guild, very simple stuff, and nobody really cares if your in it.

Imperial cult, all the other guilds just tell you to kill stuff. Imperial cult is the perfect guild for newbies but nobody new would actaully find it. I like doing all the quests properally even though you can usually just cheat on them, you tend to get good rewards for doing the quests properally.

I vote for the Mage Guild - very easy to join even if you aren't a "pure" mage, very easy early quests, and it teaches two of the most useful skills ever - Alchemy and Enchant - that are useful to most characters.

Mage's guild is definitly second best, and would probably be my favourite if there was another guild like the imperial cult but since there is not IC is still my favourite.

Mages Guild gets my vote. The guild guide is indispensible and cheap. Pity most of them are located along the west ... I would like guild guide service to be available in the south-east region.
Did anyone create a mod that allow a PC high up in the Mages Guild to setup a new guildhouse in a fresh city with own room/storehouse plus resident alchemist/enchanter/guild guide?

This will be a flawed poll as Thieves Guild is not there as a choice. I like them but can not vote. :o)

I like joining several guilds at once. I never do the Temple, Fighter's Guild, or Imperial Cult. Dunno, I never liked them.
Plus Fighter's Guild interferes with Thieve's.
But my favourite, forever, MORAG TONG. :cheeky:
