Hrm... it's really not a transformation, he takes the fork and gives the spear.

You folks are just soooooooo pernickety!!!
I was getting the two confused, realised as soon as I posted but I thought, no, it's fine, no-one is going to bother picking me up on that one.... :tsktsk:
Oh, well, I should know better by now... :cheeky:

*grin* Well, there's no telling when someone'll come along and read that and then ask somewhere else how they "can change the fork into the spear"... makes it easier all around if the source info's accurate. :p
(Oh, and that's "persnickety" :cheeky:)

The post that started this thread stated that, and you've said it at least twice. I think that we get that Helseth's Ring is unbalancing.
My personal choice would be twin Wraithguards... Get one through legitimate means and another through the Backdoor... The backdoor one is left-handed, and the legitimate one is right-handed.
The Ebony Mail comes to mind as my second choice, although it's not really unbalancing because you have to do all the Temple quests just to get it. Used in combination with the Ring of Phynaster, Denstagmer's Ring and the Necromancer's Amulet could really throw off the game.
Denstagmer's Ring is in the Falas Tomb, Ring of Phynaster is in the Senim Tomb, and the Necromancer's Ring is on the guildmaster of the Mages Guild
Then after playing tribunal and finding the ring I rememberd this thread and didn't bother to read it again before posting:D . So I didn't know I named the same item as Apap.
