By ridiculous I mean completely over the top and unbalanced.
I was messing about in Tribunal a couple of days ago and decided to take Helseth on, when i finally killed him and looted his corpse I was quite surprised about just how good his ring is;
Constant Effect:
Reflect - magnitude 100
Resist Magicka - magnitude 100
Resist Paralysis - magnitude 100
Restore Health & Fatigue 10 pts per second
I reckon that this is a prime contender for the most over the top item in thee game (not counting plugins), thoughts anyone?

I had no idea it was this powerful! The best item I'd managed to make (in-game, not with the editor) is a Daedric shield with constant effect restore healts @ 5 pts/sec.
I think you may be right saying the ring is one of the most unbalanced items. Unless someone knows any others?

Holy crap how did you kill him? lol I haven't gotten tribunal yet but I will as soon as my new char is good enough. My last I spoiled with enchantments. I had a daedric shield, like you ania, and an amulet both enchanted with restore health constantly.
And my daecric dai-katana with like 80 firedamage or so :eek:
An unbalancing item: Robe of Saint Rhoris, give you 15 health and fatigue per second constantly. Think that was changed in the latest patch though. :eek:

I found these three rings somewhere that did 600 dmg a second for 15 seconds.
I think it was a bugged item.

Well I've enchanted a glass tower shield with a Restore Health 100pts for 2secs on Self, but I've got to find a Golden Saint from somewhere and enchant more items, esp. with Constant Effect! I'm also naming all my enchanted items with either Nerevar/Nerevarine or Hortator in the name. ;)
Hmm, my Nord has the Vampiric Ring, which is awesome.. Absorb lots of health and something else, can't remember now.. :erg:

Oh right, I didn't realize it was a transformation, I thought Sheogorath just swapped one item for the other.
Of course- there is also that rusty dagger transformation thingy.
