what i mean is, every week/two weeks/month a new esp is released, adding new stuff to the world, and events. minor quests in each add up to an overall plot. forexample in one there could be a dead silt strider, the reason as to why it died is the first modules plot, it ends there. second module we ignore the strider. which comes back into the fourth module, where you get more information to the unsolved mystery! also there would be minor sup plots, like helping someone move house, and majorish things in the world, so in a few modules there could be say a large shortage of something, say, skooma, so the shop keepers stocks would be reflected. in the final "skooma shortage" module, you will solve the skooma shortage, which will be restored the next module. anyway, basically its an evolving world, using vvardenfell.
i swear it looks more complicated written down than it was when i was having a bath. but then, doesn't everything?

After reading it 3 times I finally understood. Mods like this will take great amount of time to do, but will be very popular. Its practivally affecting the whole of Morrowind. I was kind of thinking about it. Not for the whole game, but for a town of which you are a governor. I don't think anything like that ever exists, so g/l! :D

atm im busy toying with the editor to see how long it will take me to make each "supplement", but i'm hope it will spring into fruitation soon enough!

Are you serious Zaphod? I could :). Although I would delete some of them like Balmora Expansion (53 MGs).....
Just in case you don't check your PMs:
"Actually, I was serious. I still love playing Morrowind, but I've done the game to death, and have never had the time to poke around for good mods (except for A Good Place To Stay, which is a staple).
If you use ICQ, AIM, Yahoo, MSN Messenger, or IRC, we could set up a time for me to get them from you via File Transfer.
That is, if that's something you're willing to do."

Thanks! I'm not :)
Well I don't have any file trasnfer besides MSN ;) so I ca just tell you where I go all the stuff from....

The best mods i can think of is for Morrowind+Tribunal (non-Bloodmoon)...
Super Adventures 3.02
Wyr Jewelers
Multiple Summoning
Dodging
No-Glow
I havent had any problems with these all together and make a quite gameplay and really enjoying it. I would say it like a brand new game with different concepts while playing. Super Adventures 3.02 was awsome it have alot of addon plugins, the best part of the mod its almost like playing in Daggerfall. Remember running around in villages, towns, etcs. the NPCs always random everytime you come back or even go shopping. Well it has it. Plus have Bandit and Rogue ambush, now that interesting.
I dont like powerleveling, it wont be easy in this mod. cost alot more and make it harder to get around unless you are expert player and taking it slow and making wise moves. I usually stay away from trainers since that kinda spoil the gameplay, i like to earn it on my own ways. The items as well uniques seem balance not too over powered.
For those who would like to try something alittle harder and more realistic, then try these setup. If you gonna be wearing armor (Light, Medium or Heavy) then you need to remove Dodge plugin.
Hmm becareful what mods you plugin with Adventures 3.02, for example if you put Bitter Coast Sounds over it and other stuffs already has it. It could cause some conflict while playing. Yes Wilderness 2 is nice but when i download it from Morrowind Summit (Mods) it didnt say Bloodmoon req. but it does. Too bad i dont have it tho.
I rather not add too much junkies on plugins would be crazy and it could spoil or damaged your save game in the furture.

Hello
Well I do, so I ask for that "Morrowind Comes Alive" Mod. When I try to get it from the mythicmods.com site I get a 404 error. Mw Summit didn't work either..
So please can anyone post an URL that really has that mod behind it?
I am too curious to see MW getting more populated :)

That's because Euro-RPG is down. :(

Eh, not too long ago I started a topic about Morrowind being brought back to life for me thanks to mods. I said I'd post a list of those mods but never got around to it sorry. Anyways here is the list, it is freaking long but hey. Most of the names are the actual file name so if you google it I'd think you'd find something, plus its all organized.
Here we have all the mods I've got combined into "Morrowind NPCs." All of them effect, change, or add NPCs into the world. If you don't plan on downloading much get at least these and the faces mods.
The Regulars - Sitting NPC's v2.02
Tales of the Bitter Coast
Tales of Tel Branora
Rogues 1.51
Persuasion Response Expansion v4.0
Passive Healthy Wildlife
NPC Schedules - Scheduals
NPC Schedules - Locks
Nevena's Clubs & Courtiers 1.0
Less Genaric NPCs SN
Less Genaric NPCs Gnisis
Less Genaric NPCs AldVelothi
Give your orders v13
Flee Fix
Excuse Me
Dark Brotherhood Delayed
CM Partners 1.0
BAR_NPC Pack V2.0
Animal Loot
Advanced NPCs
100ProjectileStoreChance
Vampire Embrace
Download this. You have no choice. Download it or suffer shitty vampires in Morrowind. This mods adds a whole new world if you turn into a vampire. Something I cannot even imagine playing without now. YOU CAN TURN NPCS INTO VAMPIRES!!!! How tight is that. Ya, your downloading it.
NOTE: Needs Scripted_Spells to give you the full effect.
Here are the mods that tweak Morrowind in some way. Some things are minor but others add neat'o effects to the world.
Disturb The Dead
Haunted Tombs
Isirion_RealisticWeather
Isiron_ExpansionWeather
MH Transportation
Month Bugfix
No CharGen MessageBoxes
Nymeria's Monthly Respawn
Scripted_Spells
slower_fatigue_running_0705
Taddeus'BalancedObjects
Textured_Signs
Vladimir's Health and Magicka Regeneraton 1.0
Werewolf Realism (Moon Effects)
Alternate_Beginnings
No longer do you start in the prison ship. Now you get to choose your starting location. You have like 6 or 7 places to choose from and each one you start with different objects and gold. Its a nice change.
Cooler Messages
Changes some of the messages, pop-ups, and type'o in Morrowind. Very nice, I can't play without it even though it's effect is minute.
LeveledMagicka
Magicka Increase
Using both of the below could be considered unbalncing but I prefer it. Both add a nice magic boost. The first one makes it so you get a small boost of magicka every level. The other adds bonus to all the races to get 0.5-1.0x magicka at start.
I use them both because it solves the problem of only being able to cast one or two remotly powerful spells and then being out of magicka. Its a nice boost and I don't consider it too unblancing because it effect NPCs as well. You very well can run into strong NPCs that cast spells for what seems forever. Your choice.
What can I say, books. Lots of books. I've had a habit of reading every story in Morrowind so the chance to add even more writing gems was something I jumped on. There are a few other item adding mods thrown in here as well.

Key Replacer
Adds, and replaces the normal Key mesh and icons with a ton of new ones. Now not every key looks exactly the same. There has to be at least 50+ new keys so it adds a bit more realism. Not necessary but cool as hell.
Now these are all of the quest, dungeons and add-ons I've got combined. Most of these I have yet to see for myself but hey they add content and since when is that bad?
DagonFel Well
Freelancer Work
Mebridith
Moons_Spawn_V1.3.3_Non_Patched
Nevena's Twin Lamps & Slave Hunters 1.2
Official Plugins v1.0
Pelagiad Well
Puzzle Canal
Quarra Clan Quests
S_Inn_th
Seyda Neen Docks V7.0 Bloodmoon
The Cave of Woe
The Widow Fedaris ver 1.1
Vivec's Fate
Werewolf Lairs
Witchgirl Adventure
SellnSailGalleon (v1.0)
Apparently there are newer ship mods out there but this one is an old favorite. It just add an island somewhere on the Bitter Coast with a dude willing to sell you a raft or a full fledge ship. Both are very expensive so don't expect to buy it to quickly.
Grow Towers [Final]
You can grow your own mushroom city with this mod. Haven't actually grown them myself but the idea is certainly interesting.
Again, more item adding mods. Only i have the ones combined as "Morrowind Armor, Clothing, and Weapons" All that is below falls into one of those.
AreaEffectArrows
Assassins Armory
AV_fem_armor_Trib
AV_fem_robes
AV_fem_robes_BM
AV_fem_robes_Trib
AV_fem_shirts
AV_female_armor
Chainmail Tops+Slips 1.3
Enchantment DeEnchanter
Necklace_Pack
WE_f_Rose Armor 1.1

If you use this be sure to open it in the editor before combining or just using in genral. For some reason the creator though it would be a nice idea to give Cliffracers spells. So now they shot fire and shit at you. Very retarded in my opnion. Just open it in the editor, go to creatures, find Cliffracer, plus all of the varations like blighted and desised, and remove their spells.
.
The_Swords_of_Morrowind
A very old, but awesome mod. It adds several swords from other games like Soul Edge and the Master Sword. My personal favroites are the one based on Kit Raes Swords of the Ancients. Alone this mod is neat'o but I would suggest opening it in the editor and redestributing the swords. They are all located in the armorer shop in Balmora. I though that was a bit retarted so I taped off certin areas on my moniter (I know Im weird) and places the swords in random tombs caves. So now even i have no idea where they are, lol. There are a few problems with this and you have to open the editor to fix them.
A few of the swords, I think 2 or 3 have their .nifs located in different areas then the mod thinks so in game they are just big exclamation points. To fix that just do a search in your "Meshs" folder and find the .nif. Once you locate it just change the items .nif location in the mod.
Here is the gurth of the list. The things that got me really hooked again. The face mods. These files are quite bulky themselves so Downloading them all takes some time but it is well worth it. The NPCs in the game look so much more real. You should download all of these if you can manage.

I wasn't all that impressed with this mod to be truthful. Granted it takes a huge effort to add a new landmass but I think this was done with as little effort as the creator could. The landscape is very... ugly. The giant forests are great, even that lacks when you get to the Haunted Woods, but the landscape itself is very blan. It is basicly one large flat island with a few mountians thrown about. Even the mountians are hidious. They are sharp, pointed and generaly not asteticly pleasing at all. The creator seems to be oblivious to the "Smooth" option in the Landscap editor. Not only is it ugly but it makes it hell to guide NPCs about. They often get stuck, or just can't get anywhere.
The story was also very dissipointing. I figured there be at least some structure to it but nope I was wrong. Basicly, find your way to the city, talk to the leader and he basicly hands his whole army and war effort to a total stranger with no tests or anything to prove you loyalty. After you get your army, eight people, you head north into the Orc lands. If you can manage to keep the army intacted without them getting lost or stuck and you can stop yourself from killing them (I lost it once or twice) you find your way to the Orc camp. Kill Orcs, save kid, go back and thats it. Nothing. Zip. Zero. Zilch. Not very inovative.
I must say it does have a few nice points though. Its fun to wander in the woods and kill the masses amounts of monsters lurking in it. Creeping about in the woods never felt so good. Also having the chance to command a huge force of NPCs is fun. I managed to collect 18. After getting all of them, combat was easy. I'd just loose a single arrow at something and watch as it was surrounded and killed in seconds. Even the "Boss" monster stood little chance, I think he got to swing his axe 5 times maybe. Quite entertaning
Gold Tweak
A small mod made by me that simply nukes much of the gold in Morrowind making it a much poorer place. Now it is actually a struggle to keep all your items in top condition early on as you have very little and things cost much more 2x- 5x their orginal cost. More fun in my mind. If you want it say so I'll email it to you, its only like 66kb or something.
Complete Morrowind
From Readme:
This Plug-in adds a lot of interactivity to the game world, adding a big number of realistic abilities, that allow far more possibilities to make new items, alter existing ones, or interact with the world, than in the Original Morrowind. With this mod you can make more than 850 items! And the creation of each of these 850 items is scripted to be controlled by a skill, the difficulty of which you can change ingame!
A Quick list of all abilities:
1-Cooking
2-Sewing, both leather and cloth items.
3-Pottery Making
4-Woodcutting
5-Carpentry
6-Mining
7-Smithing
8-Making Bonemold\Chitin items
9-Brewing poisons
10-Making arrows, bolts, darts, throwing knives, and throwing stars
11-Poisoning any arrows\bolts\darts\throwing weapons with one of nine types of poisons
12-Filling your bottles with drinks from kegs and water from wells
13-Making straw items and setting Campfires
Complete Morrowind - Replacer
Replaces all the trees in Vvardenfell so that you can cut them down for wood and such. Also replaces a number of rocks so that you can mine them.
You need the Morrowind Enhanced to run these mods. These things are very nice, get them, well if role-playing is your thing that is.
MWE_Base
MWE_Journal
You can finally make your own journal entrys, very neat.
MWE_Writing
Adds tons of books that you can actually write in. Very nice, especially if you role-play.
