[SPOILER]Off the top of my head, one werewolf is randomly found running around near Raven Rock. Another werewolf is found in a barrow on the eastern shores of Solsthiem, more or less directly across from that small island IIRC.[/SPOILER]

You become a supurb assassin in werewolf form. I had like 150 agility, 150 speed and 150 strength, so I could kill anything with one hit if it was a sneak attack.
