okay, from everything that I have read the PC version has a debug/cheat console accessed by pushing ~, my problem is that I don't have that. I've got Morrowind Game of the Year Edition for the PC, with Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon all installed and the latest bloodmoon patch. I want to have fun with some cheats damnit, as I've done just about everything else in the game...

Hmm, perhaps its a different button on your keyboard, technically is the ` button not the ~.
Failing that, open the config. notepad and search for either debug or cheatmode (don't know which) and if it set to 0 change it to 1 then save.

can someone with all three installed and no mods maybe post their morrowind.ini (the only kind of config file I can find in my folder) on the boards, or email it to [email]preston.fawley@gmail.com[/email], and hopefully that will fix it
