Saw this on the news last night and couldn't believe it. The aussies in here probably know about this already. They fire her but not him, the magazine won't even be read by kids that age and what she does in her private life is her business and no one else's. You don't even see that much, it's not like it's porn.
Can you believe this bullshit? The authorities have pissed on themselves this time for sure.

Really I'm not surprised at this at all. These kinds of things happen every day. Sometimes I really have faith in this world and it progressively moving towards greatness, but then things like these happen in the world which makes me sometimes not want to wake up on this planet in the morning. This is just as worse as the teacher who was accused of being a wizard and fired.
I'm assuming the "nude" photograph the article is pointing to is the one posted on it. The only partial-nude picture of a man and a woman romantically hugging themselves. The picture is poetic and beautiful, and I know for sure here in southern California in my school where we have the freest students, blends of people from all cultures and beliefs living in harmony, that if the picture was shown by a teacher in class not a single person would find it disturbing.
Let’s say that it isn't the picture. Let’s say that it’s another picture with her husband that the article refers to where her top really is revealed. Who cares? Do you know the kinds of things children across the world are seeing? Children are giggling and watching pornography at the ages of six or seven. It is certainly bad, but the majority of the kids who grow up and have seen that stuff and a young age most likely will not be affected by it.
Oh man, and take a look at some of the comments on that page.

Wow, I heard she got fired and that it was the usual prudish BS but I didn't hear that he was a teacher too and didn't get fired. GG society.
Footnote: one could hardly call that posing "nude", it's practically clothed photography, if you consider their tattoos clothing, and very tastefully done.

Which is only as it should be. Women who dare show themselves in any remotely sexual context in public are wanton immoral sluts who as teachers will instruct the children in the finer points of fellatio and how to shoot heroin during the breaks. But if they're men, well clearly they're just lads having a laugh, right?

That's about as much of a "nude photo" as that Hanna Montana picture people were freaking over, and at least that had something to object to, seeing as Hanna Montana's 15 years old.

Plus, think of all the second graders who watch the Howard Stern show that will see their teacher in such a situation. "Moooooom! Mrs Pommelhorst is on the teevee in her underpants!"
