In my mission I have small but annoying bug with shadows.

On first shot column has shadow, on second (when shadow part is closer to viewport border) shadow is not rendered. Probably it is engine performance improvement feature but I have this problem just in one hexagonal room, in other rectangular room there is no such problem (perhaps it is mesh geometry or light geometry dependency). I increased ShadowExtrusionDistance for all lights up to 2048 units (max radius for my torch lights is 64 feet = 1024 units) but problem is not gone... It might be even Video card/driver related - I have Geforce 66OOGT with latest official driver (ForceWare 81.98). Did anybody win such bug.

I've had similar bugs, but playing around with the shadow extrusion distance has always fixed it - except once, but that was when you were up *close* to something. (It was a static mesh banner; if you moved right up next to it and pointed the camera at the wrong angle then its shadow would disappear).
All I can suggest is to work around it by reducing the radius or turning off shadows from that light source altogether.
