I,m a level 23 freelancing assassin.
Getting bored with that sort of stuff i decided to join the assasins
guild.... i.e Morang Tong
I got told to head to vivec to look for some hallau guy so obviously
i went straight to the hallau place in vivec.
i spent ages looking for this guy and cant find him.
any body help????

Are you trying to find the guy that lets you join the MOrag Tong, or are you trying to do one of the early MT quests?

The person that you are looking for is under the arena in a "hidden area" as they call it.

Just the Morag Tong, although sometimes you are sent on quests to kill people by other factions such as the Great Houses.
